Could anyone share knowledge on how the accounting treatment on taxes, especially the followings:

1) VAT / GST 2) Sales Tax 3) Withholding Tax 4) Others, like Government and Services Tax

For both Seller and Purchaser books, ie: how both sides record their transactions which relate to the above-mentioned taxes.
