About us
Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA) is a professional organization that services over 9,100 members across Minnesota who are CPAs and other financial professionals.

Executive Director
Betsy K. Adrian has been president of the Minnesota Society of CPAs since June 2001. Adrian manages a staff of 21 full time employees, works closely with the Board of Directors and its officers and oversees the work of numerous councils, committees and task forces. Committed to the success of the profession, Adrian believes in embracing the diversity of MNCPA's membership, enhancing communication between the society and its stakeholders, managing the Society's resources wisely and providing opportunities for members to make a difference in their professional association.
Adrian has a B.A. from Lake Forest College, a master's degree in education from the University of Illinois and a master's degree in public health from the University of Illinois. She previously served as Executive Vice President of the Medical Society of Milwaukee County and in various healthcare related positions in the Chicago area.
