Internet Access Tax

The Internet Access Tax is concept tax on public and private access to the Internet.
On October 31, 2007 President Bush signed H.R. 3678, the so called "Internet Tax Freedom Act Amendments Act of 2007." This act extends the moratorium on state and local governments Internet access taxes for seven years until November 1, 2014.
